How to Use Cheats in The Sims 4 for PC, MAC & Consoles!
The Sims 4 is fairly easy to play, but what if you could make it even easier? Well, turns out you can! With a bunch of handy cheat codes, you can instantly reach the top of every career, become the most powerful occult-Sim out there or perhaps even kill a Sim just because you can. But where do you enter these cheats? Let me tell you in this quick guide, suitable for all PC, MAC and Console players alike!
Open up the Cheat Console
To enable cheats in The Sims 4, you will need to press a few buttons at once to open up the Cheat Console. This is a little textbar in the upper left part of the User Interface of the game. What buttons to press depends on what platform you play the game.
| Platform | Buttons |
|---|---|
| PC | CTRL + Shift + C |
| MAC | Command + Shift + C |
| Xbox One | LB + LT + RB + RT |
| Playstation 4 | L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 |

PC and MAC users will have more cheats available to them if they are willing to use a certain mod. This will open up all cheats in the game. As Console players can’t install mods, their list is a little bit shorter.
