Turn on Testing Cheats

Most of these Cheats require you to turn on Testing Cheats, so let’s do that first. Open up your Cheat Console and enter testingcheats true. You can now enter more Cheats than before.

Getting the Sim ID for Cheats

Some Cheats require you to find out the Sim ID of a Sim first. This can be your own Sims, but it also works for Sims you do not play. Enter Sims.get_Sim_id_by_name {FirstName} {LastName} to find their ID.

Keep a space between their First and Last Names. If you need a space elsewhere you can use an underscore. For example, my Sim would be called Sena Sims_Academy.
If they don’t have a Last Name you can leave this blank.

Change your Small Business Alignment & Renown

Both your Business’ Alignment and Renown can be changed through the Pie Menu of the selected Sim. With TestingCheats turned on, Shift + Click on your Sim to open up the special Cheats menu. Here you click on Pack Cheats > Expansion Packs > EP18 and then choose whatever you wish to change.

Good or Evil. You Decide!

Admittedly, the Pie Menu is a pretty straight forward option to choose the Alignment of your Sim. That being said, there are a few Cheats available for this if you prefer to use those.

Enhance your Skills with Mastery Perks

So you want to turn your Hobby into a Small business, but how do you stand out from the crowd? Well, by unlocking some cool Mastery Perks of course! A Sim can have up to four Mastery Perks to make their skillset more personal and interesting. Pick and choose from these Cheats!

Traits.equip_trait trait_MasteryPerk_StrongerWithAge	Stellar Stamina Your Sim’s Energy Need decreases slower. They will never get the Dangerously Tired Moodlet, making them immune to Death by Overexertion.

You can change the word equip to remove if you want to switch Mastery Perks.

Skills to Pay the Bills

Go straight from Tattoo Apprentice or Pottery-Noobie to Mentor-Level-Expert and max out the two new skills without the work. Whether your Sim is creating permanent masterpieces with ink or clay, the two new skills can be leveled up with the cheats below.

You can also lower the number – to a minimum of 1 – to set the skill of your Sim to a specific level. This can be used to decrease their skill level.

Unlock All Tattoo Designs

Speaking of tattoos! There are so many great designs now, but a lot of them are locked away behind the Tattooing Skill. But, not to worry! There’s no need to sketch your way to these cool designs. We don’t gatekeep here. While in Create a Sim, enter the CAS.UnlockByTag EP18 Cheat to unlock them. 

Become Extra Business Savvy with these Traits

Adult Sims always start out with three personality traits and a bonus trait linked to their aspiration. With these cheats you can give your Sim even more traits, without the restrictions that come with Create a Sim.

When using the cheats starting with Traits.equip_trait you can change the word equip to remove if you want to remove personality or reward trait.

Ultimate Dreamer vs. Schemer

These Traits are typically earned when a Sim reaches the highest level of either the Dreamer or Schemer Alignment in their Small Business. However, it’s important to note that if a Sim’s actions move them too far away from their chosen Alignment, they will lose the corresponding Trait.

Remove the Fear of Being Exposed

Doing the right thing as an entrepreneur can be hard, but dealing with all these watchful eyes can be even harder…

You can also give Sims this Fear by replacing remove with equip.

Give your Relationships a little more depth & lore with the new Sentiments. To navigate these Cheats a bit easier, we’ve categorized them on topic. 

Other than that, the Sentiments Cheats can be a mouthful, so keep in mind the following things when entering them:

• Keep a space between their First and Last Names. If you need a space elsewhere you can use an underscore.
• Make sure there are spaces between each name, meaning first and last names as well as the end of ‘Sim1LastName’ and the beginning of ‘Sim2FirstName’.

Ever been to a job interview where they wanted you to have 20 years of work experience right at the start of your career? Well, no more! Fake it until you make it, I say. Unlock milestones for your Sim to add a bit more depth to their story.

You will need The Sims 4 Growing Together Expansion Pack for these Cheats to work.

Keep Chugging that WUTANT!

The Chug the WUTANT is an incredibly strong Small Business Perk, but the cooldown for it is long. So long, it annoyed me so much, I just had to discover the cheat to remove it!

Enter the Sims.remove_buff Buff_SmallBusinessPerks_WUTANTboost_cooldown to remove the cooldown and become able to use the Chug the Wutant interaction again. Nobody can stop you now!

Tip! Right after the Wutant energy burst wears off, your Sim will most likely pass out from Energy Failure. Shift + Click on your Sim to reset them to pass the fainting.

Become a Lightning Bender

Yes, you read that right. Last, but not least we have a Cheat to let your Sim temporarily bend lightning at their will.
